Wellstock refurbished this residential and commercial building on North Yorkshire Dales. We were very strict about the materials and footprint of our work. Our client was interested in an economically and environmentally sustainable outcome, and we did everything to respect these wishes. The project was created aligining with the tradition of the building an old 1780 Mill, We recreated a contemporary industrial space show casing the stunning historical waterwheel, within the kitchen area a true conversational item when dining with guests. All the interiors were designed to bring nature in colour and products were carefully matched to make this a spectacular home.

For this particular project, we had to go through various compliance measures to make sure our work followed stringent industry standards. This was completed on time and within budget. Crown Spindle Mill is the main country house. It has four bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, all en-suite. A gourmet kitchen, a formal lounge and glorious outdoor terrace and enclosed gardens. The garden includes your own fire pit with private seating area and views stretching to the moors and Embsay Crag.
